Client/Coworker Relations
It is ever important for me to build a foundation of trust and respect with the people I
encounter which is why I always approach my professional relationships with dedication and
thoughtfulness. I describe myself as a people person who listens carefully to the wants
and needs of my clients. In fact I have a desperate need to please my clients. My positive
attitude, receptiveness to new ideas/criticisms, patience, and even temperament make it
fun and easy for me to work with others in this industry.
Product And Sales Knowledge
I'm proficient in the use of various products such as L'oreal Professional, Shu Uemura,
Kerastase, Phyto, Redken, and a slew of others. I've worked specifically with L'oreal,
Goldwell and Wella hair color. I'm highly motivated when selling hair care products and I
honestly enjoy educating my customers on product uses and benefits. My genuine passion for
products and product education is, in fact, what initially lead me to become a stylist.
Hair styling & Hair Color
I'm skilled in many techniques that can create looks appropriate for all ages and
genders. Due my previous training I do specialize in Balayage and French cutting method.
My affinity for both modern, edgier styles and the softer, more feminine styles of the “By-
gone” era ensure that I will find a look that suits anyone's personality. I'm comfortable
with clients of any age, gender and ethnic background and am especially proficient with
coarse hair texture. Challenging myself as a stylist has made me more adaptable and has
conditioned me to strive for perfection. Of course, furthering my education is still very
critical to me; I am never above going back to the drawing board and improving myself; in
doing so I can provide my clients with an array of possibilities and options to create a
look that makes them feel confident and most importantly, beautiful. I believe my personal
take on beauty and fashion would compliment any progressive salon setting.
