I'm a Brit living in Australia. I have been here for three years along with my wife and child and along with the change in country I am going for a change in career too.

So having been an enthusiastic photographer for years I am at college with the aim of turning professional. I'm expecting to earn my bread and butter on portraiture and product, with a byline in landscape and architecture.

So I'm getting plenty of experience with photography from exposure to lighting, technically as well as artistically.

We all know that most good photography has people in it, so I'm hoping to use this site to hook up with people who like having their photograph taken, people who like to make people look their best in photography, and people who have great ideas about what good photography can do and how it can do it.

I want to use contacts here to build up a folio and then to carry that forward into professional life.

A have cameras, I have lights. I know how to use them, too.
