Fashion Designer Maggie Dandridge-Smith was born November 3,1983 in Memphis, TN. She has always had a love and eye for fashion for fashion and being the eldest of five children she had to find creative and inventive ways of being stylish and fashionable. After graduating high school, Maggie went on to receive her B.S in Apparel Design at Middle Tennessee State University in August of 2008. She derives inspiration from her love of music, social issues, and individuality. She continues to forge into new areas and categories within the industry, and recently began teaching and organizing fashion focused events geared at educating and inspiring other designers and professionals. Now more than ever, she is determined to continue building a brand that forges the way in innovation, collaboration, and creativity. M. Dandridge Collection personifies what it means to create designs for women that are a combination of sophistication, class, and edge, while remaining true to her personal motto, “Be You, everyone else is already taken!”
