Thank you for visiting! My name is Kris Vigus. I'm a professional personal trainer and a competitive body builder. I'm in shape year round and I'm available for collaboration.

My most recent body building competition was the SW USA Championships on June 27th in Arlington. I trained hard and dieted harder and walked out with the 2nd place trophy in mens middle weight open division! I'm proud of my accomplishment and look forward to the next challenge.
