When is an image special?  Anyone can take a picture.  Capturing the feeling, the mood and the warmth held in a brief instant in time is something truly special.  These are the results I strive to bring out in the images my camera captures.  Every shot should contribute to a story, highlight the beauty of the subject and add to the situation. 

I'm an internationally published photographer.  I started shooting professionally in Los Angeles area in 2005 but relocated to Huntsville, Alabama in 2008.  I am available for TFP/TF-CD and paid assignments.  At present, I do limited TFP photo sessions.  Photo sessions are cost negotiable so ask!  If I contact you, I'm usually willing to work on a TF basis. 

I photograph: Art, Casual, Commercial (Head and Promos), Edgy (Alt, Goth, Punk, Industrial, Burlesque, etc), Fashion, Lingerie, Nude (implied and full - art not porn), Swimwear, Costumed (Steampunk, Cosplay and event), Fetish (negotiable), Pin-up, Headshots/Portraiture and Special events/Parties. 

Emphasis item - I Do Not Do Porn.  If I work with a model who is nude, semi-nude, implied nude or has any substantial amount of skin showing, I guarantee the images will be done tastefully and creatively. 

I normally like to meet with models and new MUA's in advance of a shoot (no charge).  I do this so that all the parties in a potential shoot have the chance to chat and be comfortable with the manner, character and personalities of the other people involved.  As a policy, I prefer not working with under-age subjects but, I will consider these shoots on a case-by-case basis.  Based on liability and personal experience, I require minors have a parent or legal escort.  These are difficult shoots due to logistics and the greater measure of care that must be exercised to protect the subject and the photographer. 

At present, I have multiple home studio spaces.  This includes several 10' x 20'  backdrops, 7-600 watt (eq) LED Flat panel lights, back-up flash units and posing mirror.  I also shoot in a number of locations around the region (indoor & outdoor).  This means, I'm willing to travel and shoot in unique locations and settings.  No matter the circumstances of the shoot, the results and care that goes into it, are always the best.

Important Announcement
As of January 2011, due to scheduling availability, budget and portfolio needs, I will limit TFP / TFCD work to one shoot per month.  If I contact you, it means I'm willing to shoot TFP.  My time and yours is valuable.  ALL other (non-TF) shoots will require a down payment for the first hour ($75) and negotiable shooting rate per hour afterward. 

I am fortunate to have a group of amazingly creative models and make-up artists I work with and will continue to shoot trades with.  If we haven't worked together before, don't worry, I'm still approachable.  If you have a concept or proposal that is creative, unique, collaborative and positively will add to my portfolio; let's meet and discuss it.  I'll select one new model per month to work with.

There is a point when a photograph stops being a photo and becomes a graphic representation.  I never want to get near that.  I believe in the power of a photo and all the set-up, make-up, background and creativity that comes with that.
