CURRENTLY WORKING IN SOUTH FLORIDA USA

Hi, my name is Anthony and I have been taking pictures of anyone who will stand still for as long as I can remember!  I am a published portrait, physique, and lifestyle photographer. I am 100% Italian and grew up in a semi-conservative Catholic household in the suburbs of New Jersey and learned to appreciate art at an early age. Traveling to the museums in New York City and eventually to Europe, I was able to visualize and study first-hand so many old world classical paintings as well as modern works of art too!

My love of painting is what first brought me to photography as I would photograph friends that would later become the subjects of my paintings. As I became better acquainted with the camera, I soon began photographing nights out at clubs and bars, local Gay Pride festivals, and began taking portraits of friends and nightlife personalities in my home studio. While living and working in the New York Metro Area, I also developed and created various businesses, including a nightclub in New Jersey, called iKON Lounge, which was awarded “Best Gay Night” for both of the years of my tenure.

After over 20+ years of living and working in the suburbs of New York City, I moved to Wilton Manors, Florida in the winter of 2018. I continue to photograph people and my surroundings and thanks to today's technology, I can now work anywhere in the world!

AJVR Photography schedules a limited number of TFP Photo Sessions for beginning models.  These "Time for Prints/Photos" Sessions are offered at no cost to the model, and both the model & AJVR may use these photos for their respective portfolios.
