While I enjoy applying makeup to simply enhance a model or client's features--such as in the case of brides and girls going to prom--my focus and specialty revolves around retro and vintage looks. I love recreating looks from decades past, or at least capturing the vibe of different eras through makeup applications inspired by another time. This includes pinup and burlesque looks, which I can modernize as well depending on the shoot or project.

I also take pleasure in doing makeup in the style of celebrities or other personalities a client would like to evoke for a shoot or special occasion. Take note that unless the client or model already bears a natural resemblance to the celebrity, my goal is not necessarily to transform the client into the personality in question, but to apply makeup in that person's style. I formally trained as a beauty/glamour/bridal makeup artist in New Jersey in 2003, and now practice my craft in California.
