Edington Spencer Photography continues 120-year history in photography as the second oldest studio in the United States, from 1890 through present. We serve the Las Vegas NV,  Los Angeles and Houston , Texas Metro areas. We specialize in alt lifestyles nudes and avante' gard art.

NUDES:
Models must be 18 years of age or older.  Identification is required to participate in shoots involving any form of nudity and will be recorded on the model release for record keeping.

Nudity is not required, and I will respect your limits. I will always discuss any desired use of implied, partial or full nudity prior to the shoot.   

COPYRIGHT, RELEASE & EDITS:
Full copyright of all work is retained by the artist (photographer), per US copyright law, unless otherwise stipulated in a mutually agreed upon arrangement via special model release. I provide release/permission to models to print and reprint images from shoots (provided via email or CD/DVD) and for digital portfolios.

Models are also not permitted to edit photos provided from shoots.

Friending models, we promote those that advance the avante' gard. We promo only those willing to be photographed in the above genres. I see this as asking those models who do what you will not to promote your career! We seek to friend those with similar views of art and expression.
