Completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design and printmaking led her to a life long passion in photography. Working on many projects, from studio to art direction and countless hours in the Darkroom she developed a passion to capture faces of all ages and bring them to life. Relocating in 2008, to South West Florida her creative heart was full of new ideas. This led her to work with Hair stylist, fashion models and Families. The request from other clients has brought her to working full time with women and children.

After receiving many request for photography, Karen expanded her business to include Maternity, Newborn, Boudoir, Fashion and Portraits. Her unique ability to capture those perfect emotions fused with discerning sense of composition and an unspoken, charming style have procured her a reputation as an artist. Her low key, calm and relaxed manner put clients from babies to brides at ease. Taking an artistic and emotional approach, Karen captures the personalities of her subjects working with light to create dramatic images that will be enjoyed for many years.

Believing that a connection must be established with her clients, Karen feels this is the only way to evoke the essence of personality for your special moment. Your photographs should tell a story about you and Fun should be the word of the day. As a location photographer, it does not matter if we are on the beach, in your home or in the park, the theme is the same, relax and have fun.

Karen continues to educate herself and stay current on the latest trends in photography as well as update her equipment.
