I have lost a significant amount of weight and now I gained muscle tone. I have abs but I am in the bulking phase..will post pictures to show what I mean...I guess you can say I am more bulky than rail thin...but I still have a 24 inch waist, great supportive muscle in my upper body ( no sagging breasts), muscular arms, calves, and thighs. I have scoliosis, so since I am small, you can see the curves through my back...that means some poses need to be improvised..I am incredibly flexible though.
