I have done photography for greater than 15 years, starting my business in 2010. The many people that have done a session with me state that they were nervous before but were quickly at ease with me. I love working with people, am an outgoing, cheerful person but calm at the same time. Unique images and glamour with a different look than the usual are my forte'. I take the typical pictures/poses and tweak them. The post-processing always involves bringing elements of artist flare and/or conversions to a different tone(s). I've built a strong reputation for my portrait, landscapes and architectural work. Black and White is a favorite medium for me. Colour can bring out beauty but Black and White focuses on details. I'm into the details. If I were not doing some form of photography everyday I would feel as though something important was missing, like breathing. I am on Google Plus under Shireen Gastineau. I have a Facebook business page under the former name of Shireen's Art Images. Currently I have 2 showings that I am organizing, one a showing at a local/well known restaurant (for a 30 day display of my work) and a gallery night at a local photography studio. I have many people that have pre-ordered a book that I am putting together of my images. I look forward to working with you, I know that you will be pleased with my work.
