I have photographed weddings, families and portraits for 40 years.  Retiring from photography is not completely possible and I have always found individuals that would exchange pictures for some modeling, but most were happy to get a few free pictures, but  shy about modeling.  When I  find an individual who enjoys working in front of a camera, projecting varied expressions to fit an idea, I see great things develop.  I have experienced a lot of individuals who gain confidence from getting their results in print.  I am willing to help a new model get started and trade time for print or disc and willing to negotiate payment for experienced models.  I see a lot of photographers and models producing really good things in your contests and would like to try finding individuals who are enthused about modeling and photography.
I have a substantial studio indoors and a quarter acre of landscape set up for photography.  I like to share this lifetime of placing artistic sets for photography with people who can gain from the experience.  I hope to create some photography worthy of printing in a book while I am building a portfolio for someone else.
I encourage a model to bring a friend with them who is supportive and willing to get involved in helping.  All work will be shared including copies of the finished work and in exchange a model release and proof of age will be required to begin a session. I try to review all images and evaluate a session with the model before they leave and have them select the images they would like to keep.
