Hey Everyone!

My name is Kristie Lengel, and I am an Exercise Physiologist and the owner at L.E.A.R.N. Fitness Nutrition in Baldwin, NY. Growing up, I was extremely involved in athletics, making my first gymnastics team at only 5 years old! Fitness and healthy eating have always been a passion of mine, and now I am able to wake up to the most rewarding job in the world everyday, helping people reach their fitness goals.

I recently won my Professional Card in the world of Natural Bodybuilding in the Bikini Category, and am looking to further my career as a fitness model/icon to continue my passion, motivating people to reach their health goals!
