Hello there. Our names are Jean and Joan Shum. We are HK twin natives living in Los Angeles area. After graduating from The Fashion Institute of Merchandising and Design, together, we have a combined15 years of experience between us in the fashion industry. Before ultimately becoming a design duo, Joan launched a successful unique bridal collection that unites her passion for art, costume and fashion into a line of elegant gowns. Each hand-made ensemble accentuates the bride’s figure and distinctive style. Jean moved to New York and decided to start a new career in graphic design and was the art coordinator for YM Magazine. Her love of art and graphic design paved the way back to her first passion...fashion. In 2011, she launched RelaxReflect, a sportswear apparel for runners integrating fashion and function with reflective graphic designs to keep athletes safer in style. "We like to think part fashion art curators. Fashion is art, art is fashion. We design quality simple & effortless style dresses and striking artwork that expresses intelligence, confidence & elegance while exuding an understated sexual prowess. We design for women who is 1 part Sophia Loren, 1 part Jackie O, 1 dash of Audrey, a splash of Marilyn, a twist of Angelina & 2 drops of chanel.
