Originally from the NYC area, my early years were spent between my mother’s photo studio and my father’s ad agency. As soon I was old enough I began working in the industry as a photo assistant for celebrity portrait photographer George Lange.

With a continuing interest in both commercial and fine art photography, I went on to earn a BFA in Photography from The Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD. In just a short time I have grown an impressive client list including companies like Garden & Gun, The
Wall Street Journal, Refinery29 and Beer Advocate.

My style is personable, enthusiastic and genuine, which I believe brings out my subject’s own authenticity and warmth on camera. As such, I am well equipt and experienced at shooting untrained subjects as well as professional models. This comes through in my strength at directing subjects in a way that doesn’t make them feel stiff or fake, and the result is a real portrait.
