About Me

Nicholas Costopoulos is a self-taught fine art photographer based in East Boston Massachusetts. Born and raised in Boston, he has spent the better part of 15 years living in and photographing the outer Cape Cod towns of Truro and Provincetown. While on Cape, he attended workshops and honed his photographic skills documenting the ever-changing landscape of the Cape Cod seashore.
Now, back in Boston, he continues to learn more about photography such as alternative process printing, portrait and figure studies in his East Boston studio. He is now embarking on a new project, documenting his own life and identity as reflected in the people around him. He has a post-baccalaureate certificate in photography from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and is currently pursuing an MFA in Visual Arts at Lesley College of Art and Design.
