A flexible creative space great for small scale photoshoots. The studio area is 12'x13' with a standard 9 feet high ceiling. It is equipped with 3 Godox strobe lights (SONY and CANON trigger available), 25" and 43" softbox, color gels; floor, ceiling and wall mounting options, 3 seamless backdrops (white, brown, pink) various curtains that wrap around (black, red, brick design, smoke), multiple sitting options (black couch, white club chair, black be-dazzled shoe shaped chair, wooden abstract stool, 6 standard wood stools, multiple fabrics (sheer, silk, quilts)

The lounge area is right next to the studio and is 17'x12' which can also be used to shoot photos/videos in. The lounge has a fireplace, various furniture (mentioned in studio description) a sliding door to the back yard, and a bathroom/change room.
