Hi there, I'm Nellie... and, yes, that's actually my real name! My Mom fell in love with it, fell in love with me, and the rest is history.

I ended up modeling quite by accident and even landed a national tear sheet on my first shoot. I wish I could say that this sold me on modeling, but it didn't. It was the gift of working with talented photographers, stylists, producers, directors, and other models throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

Modeling has always allowed me to explore a creative side of myself that I never thought I could access. Over time, I quickly learned that I enjoyed conceptualizing photo shoots, even to the point of casting, producing, and directing those shoots, and I also eventually dabbled and learned that I really love wardrobe styling. I definitely have my own eye and my own unique style, but I'm grateful for every opportunity that I get to work in front of or behind the camera.

Over time, I've earned a reputation as a quick study and a serious and diligent professional. Accordingly, I'm the only top model Gatekeeper on Model Mayhem, the world's largest online modeling platform, vetting almost 100,000 portfolios of photographers, models, and stylists. Hard work, but worth it...for all of us!

As a modeI and creative, I primarily focus on editorial, concept, and commercial work and I'm excited to bring everything that I've learned to today's shoot. Or tomorrow's. Or next week's.
