Are you an earthSista?



It is one of the first questions we ask. earthSistas are the afrosensual muses of Pangea's Garden. Pangea's Garden is an online community that celebrates the beauty and sensuality of women of the African Diaspora who believe their aesthetic belongs everywhere. For me, what began as a simple exploration of images of Afrocentricity has led to inspiration that is broader in scope and a mission that is more subtle in it's completion.



"Our beauty belongs everywhere." It has become my simple mantra and it guides my journey in the creation of the images for the Garden. Professional or punk, glamorous or raw, I've sought to create images of sensuality to create works afro-sensuality that has not been corrupted the standards of a colonized mind. This has led me down a variety of avenues that all have pathways through Pangea. I am looking for others who would like to step into Pangea's Garden as well.



So I am looking for models, both women and men, who are interested in creating images in of Afrosensuality and joining us in Pangea's Garden. Fashion, passion, editorial, glamour, art are just a few of the genres represented in our community. And it grows and evolves based on the efforts of all involved. I hope you are interested in joining us.









The Afrosensual Aesthetic is one of those 'avenues' I spoke of earlier. It's where we focus on the passions and relationships of the black and natural with a, sometimes raw, but alway artistic approach. In this part of the online community, the earthBrothas are a part of the vision as co-stars with the earthSistas.

My ultimate goal is to cultivate a vision that exalts the natural and sensual beauty of earthSistas and give voice to the rich, textured and soulful environment that inspires and is inspired by it.



Artistic…sexy…nude…provocative…proud. Glamourous, naughty, humorous, intense, dramatic and passionate…yes. But never degrading…never pornographic…never disrespectful.





I have an appreciation for the beauty of sistas with locs and naturals. And, unfortunately, I don't see enough images that pay homage to that aesthetic. Much of my work in photography over the past few years have been to simply get better so that I can create the captures that do. I created a blog designed to reflect this journey in its chronicles and it has blossomed into a full bloom online community.





There are those who appreciate it and I am looking for men and women who are inspired by this vision and would love to cultivate this Garden. I am welcome models, artists, designers, creatives of all dimension in this Liberation Celebration.
