Modeling is not all about fame
Some girls that want to become models are only pursuing the profession because they want to be rich and famous. However, this GMA Network article tells the story of a young model who got into the industry for reasons other than being rich and famous. In fact, she doesn’t aspire to be famous and only enjoys the artistic aspect of modeling. The young girl’s name is Pauline Prieto, who is now 20 years old, and she has been in the industry since she was 13 years old. In the article, she is quoted as saying that as a model her name is not supposed to be known and that she is only there to showcase the product (i.e. clothing) that’s on display. In addition, you have to want to become the best model you can be regardless of whether or not you will achieve celebrity status as a result of your success in the industry. Why did you start modeling?
