January 27, 2012 11:49am Two wonderful portraits of Sadhus. Love the smile in the first one, you can see it even in his eyes. He is a Vaishnava Sadhu, i.e. a follower of Vishnu, the Preserver in the Trinity. Did you find him at Pashupatinath Temple? If so, I would suspect he is Indian (his features are not Nepali nor of the hill people). The second one does not wear any markings, so more difficult to place :) Again, wonderful work.
