My name is Rob Newell.

I pursue photography, and other artistic interests, as a means of sharing the beauty and positivity that I feel throughout life.

While it would be nice to make a living pursuing this passion of mine this is not my main job. I work in a non-profit clinic as a Certified Veterinary Technician anesthetizing and prepping dogs and cats for spay and neuter surgeries. Therefore, I am only available for photo shoots on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

I am more than willing to work with new models in a service exchange manner. When I seek a model I am willing to pay a small hourly wage for first time models, I don't have a ton of money and I don't make money on my art so that's that. When I want a model but can't find one I just set the shot up and use myself as the model!

My only equipment is currently my Galaxy S22 Ultra & a NIkon Coolpix P500. I've got to say at this point the cell phone outshines the actual camera in every possible manner. This phone even has a massive 108 MP camera as one of the 5 camera options.

Someday I'll go full frame DSLR, but that's a lot of money for a hobby, especially when much cheaper equipment gets such amazing photos. I have been floored with this new phone. When coming in on a crashing wave you can clearly see each drop off water. It's stunning.

As you'll see from my shots with models I keep things clean. My ideal photos would present nudes in a natural environment in a positive light with an emphasis on nudity as normal, healthy, and acceptable for all. That means I tend to lean away from anything that could be deemed even slightly erotic. Don't get me wrong, I'm not entirely opposed to it. I just feel the world is already saturated with that content, so why bother adding to it.

I am a naturist at heart (and home) so my views on general nudity are incredibly benign. I feel that nudity is completely non-sexual, unless someone goes out of their way to sex it up through pose, angle of shot, or implied intent.

I would love to work with models in natural Florida environments. As have beautiful beaches, springs, forests, and grasslands. I have had a couple such opportunities over the years and they have all gone well and produced wonderful images.

I'm a fairly normal guy and not at all pretentious about my photography so feel free to ask me questions.
