These are the "Cascade Falls" Just South of the "Swinging Bridge" on the Howard County side of the park. There is a parking area nearby and the falls are maybe a 10 min. walk/hike on a trail. This was taken a few weeks ago at about 4:30, everything in front of the falls is in shadow but no sun for backlight either - the morning might put the sun in the shot coming from the upper left but I am not sure.
