Does anyone here use 2257Snap? I want to sign up for their service, but I sent an e-mail and I believe that was close to a week ago (and I *think* I sent one many months ago); I never got a response, so I'm afraid that it's a scam.

The website is also partially broken. For example, the video tutorial link doesn't take you to any videos.

I used it many years ago. I remember it being very easy to use.
