I want someone to review my profile flicks as well.

Work with more experienced photographers. Develop a range of images - even if you stay within the genre there is an infinitity of interpretation.

When you select images for your portfolio (to show) ... pick only one from a shoot ... and make it the the best one. Multiple images with the same "look" don't do you any good - they just take up space, and I think they're seen as padding a port.
