Thats a beautiful retouch, although I can notice some minor glitches on the forehead near to the right eyebrow, maybe you could correct that.

Otherwise, it seems a very peaceful, calm, and gorgeous work, its so subtle. The eyes, and the lips do not distract attention- just done as much as to perfection. Great!
Esp. eyes- nice work.

Personally, I would have added some sheen to the lips as they lack any and remove some of the distracting hair strands from the background
