between now and 4:30pm PST I will let you know just how happy you have made this "bummed out from the rain" photographer feel.

Girl, I could be at a funeral and you would put a smile on my face. I found myself repeatedly kissing the upper center photo. big_smile

Even on a clear day... You never know what might sneak up on you!

Damn! If I were standing on that deck at the time of that fly by, I would have freaked more than I have this morning with our rain and tornado force winds.

When i took that - i was following the jet flying by (shooting 7 frames a sec!) - my first thought was "damn, that boat got in the way...".  then after - i looked at the image and noticed that 99% of the people on that boat were not looking at the jet (they were looking forward - waiting for some fly by formation in the distance).  they all missed it!  ... and it ends up being one of my favorite captures of the day. smile

Thanks!

Your image surely has brightened up my afternoon and given me hope for a brighter tomorrow. No so much weather wise since they predict yet an even worse storm coming our way, but brighter in that your image has set an even greater goal for me to achieve. Nice work.
