At this resolution, the skin on the face looks OK, but by removing the creases under the eyes, you've changed the shape of the face. (The eyeballs would have to be sunken in further for that.)

Did you mean to leave the face looking different than the body? There are no freckles or marks on the face, but there are many on the body and arms, and the brightness of the body and arms is similarly mismatched to the face.

Color cleanup was done well.

What was your overall goal on the retouch?

I like this touch-up but I would extend the mole / freckle removal to the arms and shoulders so that it's not in contrast to what you've done with the model's face. Otherwise I really like this...
