I think people usually like to look their best, even vampires, so if you did photograph a vampire with a bloody mouth it would either be during (or interrupting) a moment when he thinks he's alone, or if he is posing for a portrait, then the blood would be subtle and unintentional.

I don't think a vampire would pose for a portrait that says, "look how much of a vampire I am." But you never know...

Edit is fine. the blood is improved, for sure. Maybe the blue eyes are too out of mood with the rest of the idea.

Try making the shadows colder.

i think the blood is good, but oversharpened.  It doesn't sit with the rest of the shot (which is a bit fuzzy).  And I agree about the eyes.  I'd leave 'em b&w.

In other words:

a young person playing old bends over and shakes and says 'I'm so old, I'm so old.'

An old person is actually old, but plays it more, 'Hey, I still got it.'

i like the mood of this image wink

most of the things that caught my eye have been mentioned before.
one more thing- the white dots on the eyelashes, i would get rid of them.

In theory, you did the right thing: pales skin, glowing eyes, etc. But it looks like too much for me. When I'm not sure about how much punch to give an image, I will add the original back on top in a layer, and lower the opacity. Basically I'm saying, do the same post work routine, but LESS of it. ; )
