I have a 625 sq ft space in Newtown (East side of Cincinnati) with air conditioning, a half bath and a code locked entry door. The space also has two windows; a large window which faces southeast and a small window high in the west wall. Neither gets completely direct sunlight. The owner is asking for $800 a month but I am looking for three additional photographers for $250/month which would include the cost of the A/C and high speed internet. In addition, I have a 13x19 Epson printer that would be available to make prints. This would entitle you to use of the space for 7 days out of the month which is roughly $35 per day.
