I have a Nikon d300 with 65,000 actuations give or take a few hundred.

I do not like the Nikon as compared to all of the Canon dslr's I have used.
I am looking to trade the following:

Nikon d300 with Nikon battery grip
4 batteries
charger
Tamron 24-70mm basic lens.
1gb CF card


I am looking for a Canon 40d with battery grip
at least 2 batteries and charger
50mm f/1.8 lens

OR

Canon 5d (original)  body only
