Look at the portfolio of the person above you and say what style you would shoot with them (glamour/fashion/beauty/art nude/etc.) You're a model and the person above you is also a model? Or you're both photographers? Then tell them what type of shoot you would like to assist them on to learn from them. Or, you could always just simply "pass" if you would not work with them at all.
