Hi, any thoughts/critiques on my hair retouching? Much appreciated!

Nice attractive overall job.  I like the black hair that is highlighted especially...nice smooth texture and granularity.  I would have liked to see more into the black area however...the technique is nice to darken some areas down to near black or black...but in this case id love to see the area being thinner in coverage area...and id love to see just some detail in this darkest part somehow.  I imagine that there is a good amount of work to be done in this very dark area...so I can appreciate what you did... i would want it to be wide too if it were me.  And another part of me wants the highlight band to be a bit closer to the face...it is quite far away.  But overall nice job and technique!
