Hi, I spent under 1 hour retouching this portrait, anyone want to critique? Much appreciated!

I would fix his left eye. The shadow on his neck is kinda ugly for me. I would fix that too and remove the neck lines.
I like the blue-ish tone overall.

Could definitely work more on the neck and the chest, seems a bit too patchy. Lessen the sharpening on the face just a little bit, my eyes gets attracted to the bright facial hair so I'd suggest heal them out too. That's about it! Awesome!

Agreed. The facial skin is too sharp and the neck and chest are too smooth.
