You got the skills. However, the retouch is incomplete.  You should at least retouch all of the model's skin, if not the entire image.

Unbalanced post work and lighting

I think her arms are brighter than her face.  I would adjust that as well as the color of her skin tone between the two.  Her arms are warm, her face has a cooler, greenish cast.  I would bring both into the same realm.  Otherwise, I like it.  Cute model, nice styling.  Good job.
