Hi everyone!
I'm new to MM and I'd love to hear your feedback about my skills. Let me know what you think about the photos attached below. I'm not a pro but I'm trying to be one, so any critique is constructive for me!

Looks great (at least in that resolution).

I would liquify the nose and the jaw on the first one a bit and perhaps make the back light on the second one a little less eye-catching (maybe cover it with hair).

I enjoy the contrast and vibrancy in the second image...very nicely done.

I agree with the previous poster...the eye tends to gravitate to the brightest part of the image...and after looking at that beautiful face and retouch...then my eye goes off the face and goes looking at that light spot.  It robs the attention and focus of your retouch.  When I end up looking at a Stray bright spot...then the major appreciation of my retouch is compromised, robbed, and lost.  I would try to clone or patch it away or add some hair to cover it...and then your face will be the focal point of the viewers eye.  Otherwise very nice contrast, color, and sharpness.
