Which one from this set I should keep in my portfolio? which is better...

Although I kind of like all 3, imho, I think #3 is the best!
I like the pose, the lighting, and most of all, the setting in #3.

I like one and two better than 3.  However, in one the focus is a little soft.  This makes two the winner.

However, I'm not convinced that any of them are great images.

But just one worthless opinion.

1 It is angelic and inviting, any model likes to be seen this way, I guess.

It also depends on your target audience. If you are after portraiture, then 1, otherwise, 3 for lingeri.
