It's not uncommon to overdo things as you are developing your techniques, and you will develop a lighter touch with time and experience. But so far I'm sorry to say it's generally overworked and plastic-looking. You've often lost the true skin texture (i.e. mid to high frequency detail) and it seems as if you've oversharpened the very high frequency texture to compensate (though this might be a "bicubic sharper" issue when resizing for display). You've  also removed too much natural colour variation and tone variation in the skin, and gone overboard in painting in the "silky" highlights.  In the lips image, the edge of the lips are far too sharp.
I would suggest you study and tune in to the subtle qualities of edges and textures generally - they are crucial elements in achieving a natural look.
