Your FS of the skin makes it look really plastic. Also, Stefan Bourson does not like it when retouchers over straighten / clean the makeup of his models too much. He likes it cleaned, but not to the point where it doesn't look diffused and obviously done by an MUA.

Because you FS'd this, it looks like the texture is literally floating over the skin and thus, makes it lack dimension, and makes it look fake overall.

Just stick with healing and cloning and LIGHT d&b to produce natural results. Don't overthink it.
