skin feels blotchy. color too saturated. need to work on the big sharp texture on skin. do a once over with patch or healing for bigger zits. then do DNB for wider blotchyness. use desat layer with high contrast curve to help you see stuff

Just curious: why are you not removing what looks like a large zit on the camera-left side of her nose?

This is a subjective thing, but my feeling is that you've made her face/cheeks too bright: the highlights seem to be approaching burnout.
