Hi everyone, My name is Danny, I started modeling when I was asked by my college to model for their magazine. From there I did photoshoots when I was asked by photographers. During college I was more focused on playing soccer and school work that I did modeling more as a hobby. I really enjoyed modeling and creating content but I was focused with others things. Currently, I am 23 years old and trying to continue modeling. Some other modeling opportunities I did was model for The Shop Buckhead Atlanta. I love collaborating with others to create good content. How do you all review my work with modeling and look? My goal is to find an agency in the future. On my profile I have 18 photographs. Thanks all! Nov 23 17 07:34 pm Link Over all you have a marketable look; but your photos however are not up to the task. Shot at night with an on camera flash so not the most compelling, but one of your better poses, try this again in the daylight You look so stiff, loose the bag and glasses, move so the tree branches are not coming out of your head Not a fan, you have no connection with the viewer, the red white and blue bag is too overpowering, and it has become the main subject This is a great location, nice selection of clothes Unless you are selling the glasses as part of an advertising add, then it would be far better to show the viewer your eyes Bright things distract the viewer’s eyes, thus your hands being as bright as your face are a distraction. Here is a bit of homework for you, make a print of this photo, cover your hands with a piece of paper, notice how your face becomes the dominate element in the photo? Granted you are not the photographer but this may help you in selecting photos for your portfolio. I wish you well Nov 24 17 06:21 am Link Lee_Photography wrote: Thanks man for all the comments. You are so helpful. Nov 24 17 04:33 pm Link I agree with all that was said by Lee Photography,. Also, you have virtually the same expression in all of your photos. Unless you are going for a gangster role, this is not a great photo for you. You can only see half of your face, your eye is a bit scary and your fists are quite prominent (see Lee's comment for why) This is your best shot. We can see your face and there is an intriguing expression. Guess who's going to be ignored in this shot. The smaller, darker figure who's face is mostly hidden, not the larger, lighter, non-hidden female. Not bad Mug shot. Look up Weegee photographer Distracting sign coming out of your head, zombie expression, not a great angle.or pose. With better lighting, your hand not covering your eye and a less distracting shirt, this would have been a good shot. Also portrait mode would have been better to show you 3/4 length. Good pose, you almost have an expression. Find a photographer who isn't into flash in the face photography. Nice location, nice outfit, but you'll have to get permission from Hilfiger to use the photo. Why is the bag there and why aren't you looking at the camera and without shades? Incognito, why? Weegee mugshot Good idea not executed - you with night city background - but that's the photographer. Watch your nose. Tilting up too much almost a nostril shot. Photographer should have caught that. Same objection as to previous similar shot. This is a portfolio to feature your face in the best way. Does this accomplish that? There are many things brighter than your face, which will make our eyes go there, first. Your glasses are odd here because you don't need them i.e. the location is dark. Your hand is bigger than your face and you have no neck.because of pose, angle and sweater. I was harsh here because you could have much better photos. You need to have more than one expression and you need different photographers. Good luck and maybe, have fun? Dec 01 17 10:18 am Link |
