Take off your big boy pants and get into the water so you are shooting with the camera and her eyes being level. Would like to see the model with a powerful expression, this one is a bit like here I am shoot me.

Distracting background, reflection in glass of picture and bright lamp are diverting my attention off model
Raise models chin a bit, and think long lovely fingers


Really like a lot about this photo, but the missing right hand of model bugs me [But hold on, there is a fix, simply crop left side of photo off at a point just above her right elbow]
With out the missing hand this for me is one of your strongest images


Too much white area under models right eye “Canoe eye” as it refers to the shape of the white area at bottom of eye


With out the models arm in photo this would be another great image


So close to perfect
Lighting on models left side of nose is distracting, lower camera so it is level with her eyes

You have a strong portfolio

I appreciate the honesty!

Overall good - I'd weed out the weaker images.  There were some with WB issues, but most looked in range.  The one thing that really stood out to me looked like painted in eye whites on some.  :-/    Nice work generally though so these are minor things.

Get rid of the "Enter" page on your website - those are annoying.  since you have Zenfolio and a domain, you can set it up to land right on the page without a redirect/splash page.  Unless you have designs on adding different websites all linked from one central page - to consolidate yet separate businesses.
