Kim please allow me to cut to the chase...

Makeup? Brows arched a tad too high... whoever shaped them has given this talent a "Surprised Look"
Illumination? Almost loop lighting albeit you "Key" is a tad low here creating a broad nose shadow...

Why are this talent's hands considerably whiter than her face and especially her neck?
Focal length choice? Way too short at 57mm for a full frame Canon EOS 5D Mark III... It has caused her right arm to be distorted and much larger than if rendered by a lens in the 135mm to 200mm range... Try a longer focal length here.
Hair Styling? Acceptable but not outstanding...

Now the good news... excellent bonding with this talent... superb pose dynamic... enchanting wardrobe elements and absolutely chic millinery...

Wish I had the time to do more... Great visual statement... however might consider chosing to showcase a single "style" once you find your voice...

Best advice? Lose the "branding" i.e. watermark as it does nothing for this narrative and renders it virtually useless for the talent... a.k.a. can't be used in her agency book...

All the best on your journey Kim...

I do wish models left hand were in photo and all of models right.
When I cover up the logo the model pops, bright things will distract the viewers eyes off the subject

Great photo idea, but model looks mad, neck is in shadow due to hair position caused by head tilted down

[Joke]
Life, liberty and pursuit of feet
Would rather there be less space above his head, and all of his feet included in photo
Rather than blasting the camera with the white of his eye, a more natural look is obtained when model is looking where nose is pointed
Wish logo were not present

Great eye position, notice how the eyes are looking where her nose is pointed, and there is white on both sides of the eyes
Forehead and hands seem over exposed

The wrinkles on forehead are not a positive element
Overall skin color seems off, bit of an orange cast on face

For me you have some great photography skills, just need to concentrate on the details

Happy New Year, I wish you well
