Dec 22 17 02:09 pm Link observations of some negatives that could addressed in future shoots: -model seems disinterested especially in first two pics i.e. her expression -poses not engaging or flattering -wardrobe not flattering to model's body (nice outfits in 2nd & 3rd images but not really visible) -backgrounds pretty much in focus i.e. sharing attention with main subject (use wide aperture to blur background) -backgrounds not purposefully chosen and are too busy -purse is distracting and gobbling up much of center of frame while also hiding main subject (3rd pic mainly but 1st also) I am a hobbyist photographer. These are merely my observations for what they are worth. Good luck and keep shooting! Dec 22 17 03:00 pm Link The pose is not flattering; arms are just limp at her sides Distracting background [Crop light fixture out of photo top photo right] [Do not enter sign is very distracting] Models pose and expression lack power, at least in this one she is looking at the camera Still a busy background Watch the backgrounds you have wires running through her head [Not fond of eye position, with all that white on one side] Try having the model look where her nose is pointed, this has a more natural look [Suggest trying a tighter crop at top of image, just above her head, this will eliminate a lot of distracting elements] With out the busy background this would be the strongest image of this model [Would also like this better if the chain from her purse were not so tightly clenched in her hand] Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, I wish you well Dec 23 17 02:26 pm Link |
