I will be very appreciative of an honest critique of my gallery and my photos. I'm not looking for praise but what I can do to improve.

Thanks!

Start by getting rid of your current profile pic. It isn't of a model, and this is model mayhem. It's about photos of humans, not tree sculptures.

The work in your port represents that of an early amateur. It would take too long to critique it.... you really need to take courses on photography. Focus on courses that teach about light. Learn about soft light and hard light, diffused light, etc. Learn about different kinds of light modifiers. Learn how the size of a light source -- and its distance from your subject -- affects them. Learn standard lighting setups used by professionals, and start practicing with these.

Find amazing photographers and follow them on instagram. Study their work. Learn how they do what they do.

The best photo in your port is this:

Did someone else set up the light for that? It's rather unlike most of your other photos.  It's still not a *great* photo, but it's much better than the rest. The pose is good, the model is attractive, and the lighting, while not perfect, is fairly good and works for the shot.

I would recommend stopping working with nude models for a while. Find some quality models who look like agency-standard models, and learn to take quality portraits of them with their clothes on. Follow photographers like Irene Rudnyk or Sean Archer and learn, practice, fail, then learn again until you know how to do work like them (or whoever inspires you). Then, with that knowledge, develop your own style.

The top 4 rows in your port are all super weird and should be deleted, with the exception of maybe this:
