Hey, I think I see which are you new ones.  I've seen your portfolio before.
I've shot in Tucson.  I shot my avatar in Tucson.
I agree with the previous comment.

So, this shot:

I would expect to see catchlights in your eyes and some highlights in your hair.
This is causing me to exercise my brain.  I have an outdoor maternity shoot in a month or so and I'm going to need at least 2-4 speedlights, a soft box, and a one to three - stop neutral density filter, as well as a light meter.   That's the minimum lighting equipment I would suggest a shoot in the setting above.  I might add an umbrella and a reflector.  You might bring up lighting equipment with your photographer and throw out these terms.  It might cause some rethinking and get everyone better results.

Your portfolio is getting much better!

Other than being a bit washed out I like the pose in https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/46314777.  Very feminine and a great expression.

I agree with Fist about some of the lighting.  I'm not sure a boatload of lighting equipment is required, just don't shoot during the brightest time of the day.  Stunning photos have been made at sunrise and sunset using sunlight only.  I was recently in Phoenix and the sun during the day is very, very harsh so wait for the sun to move to the side a bit more.  It is plenty hot there to shoot anything at any time in that area.

One thing about the favorite Fist selected is your eyes are looking slightly off to the the side of the camera, it would be stunning if you were drilling a hole through the camera lens with your eyes.  The one I chose has your eyes just locking the viewer eyes to them, https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/46315826 is doing the same, they are great!

I might be coming to Phoenix a couple of time over the next several months and would be interested in working with you.
