Except for you avatar, all of the images are almost exactly the same!  Full front almost square to the camera and some pretty well developed abs!  There is very little variety.

I would suggest getting some that are left side, right side, maybe the back, different angles, sitting, laying down, different lighting, in closer to the face, variety of clothing (get a suit, athletic wear, etc.), and a variety of lighting, poses, settings, and so on.  Show a selection of emotions, show the softer side as well as the hard side.  Variety is the key and opens options.

The one used at your avatar is really great, very creative!  I like that one very much.
