Hey y'all. I put up a "new" shot (I did this a few years ago, but it never ended up in my port. https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/46836754 Mainly, I'm seeking critique as far as fashion goes. I'm working with a wonderful photographer soon to update my portfolio/get some full body, solid modeling shots before I meet with an agent. I'm looking for great styles to compliment my shape. I'm a tall, curvy woman with a fuller bottom half. Models, photographers...what should I wear? Are there stylists with any suggestions? Thank you!!! I'm pretty set when it comes to agency meetings, my question was more geared towards the actual photos. What clothes are models wearing in their portfolios? Trying to get some ideas for when I shoot! May 10 21 03:33 am Link I would think your best examples will be on IG where fashion is a big thing for many of the "influencers" On MM Fashion often means the model is waring clothes ( other than lingerie or swimsuits or parts thereof) Hope the Chemo goes well and does its job. May 10 21 07:16 am Link If you are interested in working with an agency, do some research. Find the agencies in your area which you would like to be signed by. Then browse their clients to see how they are dressed. Sure, there will be a wide range but are they wearing busy patterns? Do the models have a lot of fashion imagery or more commercial. If you know anyone who is signed by the agency, ask them for advice or talk to one of their photographers. All that being said, a great headshot is always important. Mark May 11 21 05:29 am Link You might have more success asking those on your friend's list. It really depends on what work you're lining up for. Form fitting clothes, a headshot as someone said. Swimsuit. Good luck May 11 21 02:48 pm Link In a City as big as yours - maybe there is a Stylist who would be interested in collaborating May 13 21 02:21 pm Link |
