Hi, I'm Melissa Jean, welcome to our first two-day weekend event! I'm a 3x Playboy cover model and have been traveling the world modeling for photo shoots and participating in these photography events for over 15 years! I started the Elite Glamour Meetup group in March of 2020 and run single-day events out of my home studio in Fort Lauderdale. This is the first two-day event and we are upgrading to larger venues. We have two unique locations at our disposal for a wide variety of photography options! We have 10 top glamour/art nude cover models attending, some of whom are making a special exception to be involved with this special event. You don't want to miss the opportunity to work with some of the best models in the industry. You might not have the chance again!  All of these models are available for the entire length of the event, both days. We welcome photographers from out of state to join us this summer for an epic weekend of shooting in beautiful South Florida! Travel information is included below.

EVENT LOCATIONS

DAY 1
FRIDAY JULY 30 8AM-4PM
The Venue, Ft.Lauderdale
The Venue is a 32,000 sq.ft event space and every corner of this building is photogenic! There's a variety of furniture, backdrops, textured walls, with natural light both inside and outside the building. Nudes are only allowed inside the building in permitted areas! Swimwear can be worn outside. There's an art mural right across the street. Bring your portable lights for indoor shooting. Plenty of parking.

DAY 2
SATURDAY JULY 31 - 9AM-6PM
A private residence, North Miami near Biscayne and 62nd St.
We have access to a very large backyard of a private residence. We will not be shooting inside the home, but we have our own private forest/jungle with a variety of cabanas, swings, furniture, and unique art pieces throughout the property, as well as a coy pond and a pool. There's a covered patio outside for shelter. Minimal lighting equipment needed. Parking 1 block away.

FEES, REGISTRATION, AND SCHEDULING
The registration fee to attend is $150 per day. Come one day or both. Model fees are separate from registration fees. Models will set their own rates and limits and photographers will pre-book directly with models. Sending a model a deposit to schedule at this event is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. We are doing 30-minute minimum pre-booked time slots and 2 hour maximum pre-booked time slots each day so that you may work with a variety of our talent who can all add a little something different to your portfolio!  You may book more time with a model on the day of the event if she has availability in her schedule. Feel free to fill in your schedule on the day of the event after you meet these lovely girls in person, but keep in mind most of their schedules will be pre-booked. There will be NO DOWNTIME for a model to take breaks once your time starts. This means you understand that your time slot includes the time it takes for modes to change wardrobe, the time it takes to change locations, set up your lights, etc. It's suggested that you communicate your plan with the model ahead of time, arrive at the location early to make a game plan, and schedule the models accordingly if you need to take a break in between shoots. Failure to show up to the event or compensate models as promised will result in the removal of your membership of our Meetup group and denial of participation in any future events.

Only members who have paid the registration fees are allowed to contact the models to schedule with them for this event. Once paid, you need to email [email protected] with subject “Paid for XX day”and then will receive a reply email confirming your registration which includes all model's direct email addresses. The models will then also receive an email confirming your registration and including your contact information, to let them know you may be contacting them by direct email at that time. We have a private group on Meetup and you'll need to be approved individually, so please give us 24-48 hours to consider your request.

TRAVEL
It is suggested that you fly in on Thursday, July 29 to ensure you'll be able to arrive at the event on Friday morning. You will be able to check into the event at any time on either day, but it's suggested that you arrive early to scope the location out and get an idea of where you will be shooting each model.

The closest airport in proximity to each location is the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, as it's located 7 miles south of The Venue in Fort Lauderdale and 21 miles north of the private residence in North Miami. Renting a car from the airport is easy. Make sure your rental car company is ON-SITE at the airport, and you'll be able to take a quick bus ride from any terminal. It is suggested to reserve your hotel near the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, or anywhere from Fort Lauderdale to North Miami for your convenience. There is parking onsite at The Venue and parking less than a block away at the private residence.  I'll provide lunch both days and beverages/refreshments during the event.
