Jan 22 24 10:03 am Link I have found it best to play what the Model wants during a shoot with some parameters . Many Models today like contemporary pop ( which is understandable ) and I am ok with it in general . But no Bieber please If a Model prefers another genre or era of music - I am fine with most music over the past 60 years except Country, Punk and Death Metal . Even Opera could work for some shoots If I were choosing the Music however I would go with Jamaican Dancehall for Intense Shoots and probably Trip Hop for more relaxed shoots So I will submit Sean Paul’s “ Get Busy “ and “ The Sea” by Morcheeba Jan 22 24 09:41 pm Link Garry k wrote: Do you actually know much death metal? Here's one early classic track in that genre. I saw this band in London, years and years ago. Jan 24 24 06:15 am Link Arizona Shoots wrote: I'm sorry to have seen your post get so badly hijacked! After driving Lyft for 5 years, I have learned that classic rock from the 60's, 70's and 80's are most popular on playlists, however the best thing to do is ASK the passengers, and models. Verify! Although I am in the music industry and listen to most everything, a bunch of photograhers who are into death metal or whatever .. will not give you an unbiased playlist. I don't assume, I ask the person before I touch a button on my playlist .. of which I have many on Spotify! . Then again, some 80s rock still sounds pretty good; Jan 25 24 04:29 am Link |
